We are looking for a driven IT Application Support Executive who will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT applications support for improvement opportunities in alignment with QL Group's long-term goals and short-term wins throughout the digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to internal users and guide them on the daily business applications.
- Resolve IT application and system issues across the organization.
- Ensure support requests are carried out, implemented, and monitored to improve the overall operational performance of the customer experience and knowledge.
- Responsible for reducing incidents and prioritizing customer satisfaction as the major deliverable in compliance with service level agreements.
- Document problem statements including updating application documentation linked to support activities, develop business cases, and propose solutions for improvements.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate support risks when needed.
- Participate in and conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer to users.
- Deliver business requirements within agreed timelines while ensuring quality controls and customer satisfaction.
- Highlight opportunities and conduct deep dives into analytics based on business priority and focus.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Master in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience as an application support with good customer-centric skills and a strong passion for customer support.
- Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Infor M3 ERP (preferably on Supply Chain Management solutions) and/or farm management systems will be of added advantage;
- Good knowledge and experience in installing and configuring MS SQL Server database or any relational database systems. Knowledge of scripting languages will be of added advantage.
- Experience in data analysis including management of centralized master data will be of added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in testing and troubleshooting systems support activities.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail to analyze support issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with the capability to drive goals with good work ethics and discipline.
- Willing to be based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
