We Are Seeking Marketing Talent to Promote Our Renowned Beauty Brands
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Fusion, you will use your passion to drive brand awareness for illustrious labels like Mustela, I'm From, Dear Klairs, Anua, Celimax, Embryolisse, Real Barrier, Phyto, and ReFa. Your mission? To work with our vibrant marketing and sales colleagues, bringing innovative branding, marketing, and advertising strategies to life, primarily on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Your Role:
- Forge strong relationships with content creators, KOLs, influencers, media, and customers, enhancing brand visibility and love for our products.
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate engagement and awareness among our fans and customers.
- Harness your creativity and marketing expertise to launch successful campaigns
- Craft and implement exciting social media activities to captivate our audience, collaborators, and retail partners.
- Work in tandem with partners, suppliers, and agencies on marketing and brand-building initiatives.
- Be an ardent advocate for our brands, continually supporting our fans, customers and addressing their needs.
- A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or PR.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, and advertising would be most ideal
- FMCG experience with a focus on beauty brands is a major plus
- Familarity with TikTok, Instagram and other social media platform is vital
- Enjoys dealing with People, mangaging relationships
- Digitally literate and proficient in a variety of social media platforms.
- Eager to learn, ambitious, and driven by passion.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
