About the Hiring Company:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for opening and venturing into a new market in Indonesia for our clients, currently handling Indonesia marketing planning and subsequently to focus on theirmembers’ acquisitions, conversions and retentions.
  • Responsible for all promotional activities, operations as well as maintenance ofcampaigns/websites.
  • To plan and to monitor campaigns’ spending against the budget allocated , keeping anaccurate record and to ensure that targets are met.
  • To manage and to oversee all contests, giveaways etc. in the campaigns/projectsassigned.
  • To produce, write and proofread campaigns/websites content.
  • To perform content optimization in order to improve the SEO ranking and social mediaexposure.
  • To coordinate with other advertising/media experts to improve the campaigns/websiteperformance.
  • To consistently update the database into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)system.
  • To conduct market research and competitor analysis in order to stay abreast of the industrytrends.
  • To assist and to oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including themarketing database, incoming emails and display advertising campaigns.
  • To recruit, train, manage, groom, and motivate subordinates as and when needed.

The Successful Candidate:

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing with minimum 3 years of teammanaging experience.
  • At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing,Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses high level of aggressiveness with “can do” attitude.
  • Possesses commercial awareness and data driven, highly sensitive to numbers.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Experience in similar industry is an added advantage.
  • Willing to be based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
