Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Healthcare Division is partnered with a multinational digital healthcare company. As the business is expanding, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to meet the client's sales targets by pursuing leads and exploring potential new customers within an assigned geographic region through strategic marketing plan and activities. This opportunity is to be based in Selangor, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive pharmaceutical brand plans tailored to the client's objectives and the dynamic market landscape. Craft strategies that effectively position our client's products within the healthcare industry.
  • Influencer and KOL Management: Build and nurture a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who can advocate for our client's products. Collaborate with these thought leaders to amplify the brand's presence and credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a virtual sales team to co-create strategies and execute brand plans. Ensure a consistent and compelling marketing message is delivered across all channels, aligning with the overall business goals. Job Description Brand Marketing Manager
  • Digital Marketing Execution : Collaborate with the company's network to develop detailed digital marketing plans with a focus on targeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and influencers/KOLs. Leverage digital channels to reach the right audience effectively.
  • Data Analysis and Market Insight : Continuously monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages and emerging trends. Utilize these insights to adapt and refine brand strategies for better results.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting : Maintain accurate records and documentation to track the progress of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and feedback to both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Professional Development : Stay committed to ongoing learning and professional development, remaining current with the latest medical data, industry regulations, and marketing trends. This knowledge will be crucial in maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Ethical Product Promotion : Promote our client's products ethically, adhering to compliance standards and the approved marketing strategy. Ensure that all marketing efforts are conducted in an ethical and responsible manner.
  • Customer Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key customers across various healthcare settings. Maintain open lines of communication and provide exceptional customer support to build trust and loyalty

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in brand marketing especially in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Science, Medicine, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in brand marketing.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills to develop effective brand marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies for reaching HCPs and influencers/KOLs.
  • Ability to analyze data and market conditions to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations and the ability to promote products ethically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and medical data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution
