Are you a problem-solver with a knack for customer service and an eye for design? We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with expert skills in Excel and Canva to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Additionally, you will utilize your Excel and Canva skills to create detailed reports and visually engaging materials that enhance our customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Use Excel to track and analyze customer data, creating detailed reports and summaries. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. Generate and interpret data insights to improve customer support processes. Create visually appealing and informative guides, tutorials, and FAQs using Canva. Design professional presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all customer-facing materials are consistent with brand standards. Identify opportunities to streamline customer support processes. Assist in developing and implementing new support strategies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas Expertise in Canva for creating high-quality visual content. Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a preferable Previous experience in a customer support role is required Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
