HR Operations & PayrollCreating and maintaining employees' records through payroll vendor. Ensuring all payroll information are entered accurately into payroll vendor central system for processing.Being responsible for processing the organization's payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Reviewing and validating payroll reports and summaries as well as checking and maintaining accurate payroll records.Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, and flexible benefits reimbursement.Providing accurate information to support annual operating plans and salary reviews.Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.Supporting with the implementation of Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Assisting in providing full spectrum of RM support to the HR team, specializing in payroll administration.Assisting with monthly, annual and ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.Implement and manage employee recognition programs.Performance Management:Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.Ensure that performance evaluations are conducted consistently and fairly.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.Manage relationships with benefits vendors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Compliance:Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legal and regulatory changes.Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide HR insights and recommendations based on data analysis and trends.Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.HR Systems and Analytics:Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.Use data and analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies.Generate HR reports and metrics to track and improve HR performance.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 4-5 years of HR experience with a proven track record in a senior HR role.Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and projects.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in HR software applications.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
