Human Resource Executive

Overview:
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success through effective people management? We're seeking a dynamic HR Executive to spearhead our human resources practices and processes.
As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures aligned with our business strategy.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and other issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal systems to drive high performance across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state HR requirements, conducting investigations, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Handle all disciplinary and industrial relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Oversee endtoend payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting.
- Undertake other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated integrity with strong leadership, consultative, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficient understanding of statutory legislation including Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems independently.
- Familiarity with KPI setting, monitoring, and review processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure highquality work output.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
