HR ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • This position will be reporting to GM/HRM.
  • Responsibilities in all HR & Admin correspondence and documentation preparation for outlets operation.
  • Monitoring outlet staff attendance.
  • Handle in recruitment (Nonexecutive) and hiring procedures.
  • Basic knowledge in HR procedures.
  • To provide & support for the daily schedule/ HR monthly report / Payroll (Iflexi)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirement / Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate/ Diploma / advance diploma (preferred)
  • 2 year above work experience at HR field is preferred.
  • Office staff at HQ is working on 5 days week basis.
  • Hard working and selfdiscipline and independently and HR practice.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking preferable.

  • Skill communication preferred.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2,200 - RM2,500.00 per month
