To provide essential support in the efficient functioning of the educationalcenter, Pusat Tuisyen Aksara Rahsia Pintar (M) Sdn Bhd (AR Pintar)Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as:Provide administrative support to the Tuition CentresAssist with student enrollment and registration processesMaintain student records and databases accuratelyCoordinate centre programsHandle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to parents and students.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the departmentThey play a vital role in maintaining the center's operations, assisting with communication between students and parents, and ensuring a smooth learning environment. Their role helps create a well-organized and functional infrastructure for effective teaching and learning within the tuition center.Requirements:- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in data managementWorking Hours : 2 pm- 10.00 pm (Monday to Friday) , Saturday 9.00am-2.00pmJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: RM1,591.66 - RM2,800.00 per monthExpected hours: 45 per weekBenefits:Maternity leaveOpportunities for promotionProfessional developmentSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Performance bonusEducation:Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Puchong (Required)
