Effectuer des rapports sur les chambres louées, vérifier le statut des chambres, déterminer les chambres non adaptées, établir des priorités pour le nettoyage des chambres et mettre à jour le statut des chambres des clients sur le départ. Assister la direction du service d'entretien ménager dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes. Assurer la liaison pour coordonner les efforts des services d'entretien ménager, d'ingénierie, de réception et de blanchisserie. Documenter et résoudre les problèmes sur les chambres non adaptées avec la réception. Préparer et distribuer les feuilles d'affectation/plannings au personnel du service d'entretien ménager. Enregistrer, contrôler et mettre à jour la liste des chambres « Ne pas déranger ». S'assurer que les chambres sales et libres sont nettoyées dans les temps et assigner les chambres prioritaires et celles précédemment inscrites sur la liste « Ne pas déranger ». Accomplir les tâches administratives liées à l'entretien ménager. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité de la chaîne ; rapporter tout problème d'entretien, les risques en termes de sécurité, les accidents ou les blessures ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir tous les clients selon les standards de la chaîne ; anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre et les remercier chaleureusement. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. S'exprimer clairement et de façon professionnelle ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés. Saisir et trouver des informations d'ordre professionnel à l'aide d'ordinateurs. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
