  • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures for unexpected situations, such as spills, accidents, or other cleanliness-related issues.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting and cost control experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
