- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all properties are adequately stocked and equipped.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures for unexpected situations, such as spills, accidents, or other cleanliness-related issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting and cost control experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
