As Guest Service Executive we rely on you: 

Perform check-in and check-out efficiently, and ensure guests satisfaction. 

Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures. 

To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices. 

Update hotel status, future availability and occupancy forecast. 

Cross-check room blocking for early arrivals and coordinate amendments with Housekeeping. 

Check and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and/or endorsed to the Front Desk. 

To familiarize with the hotel activities and related facts. 

Obtains briefing from Service Manager Front Office on problems and situations requiring further attention. 

Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk to directly supervise the Service Associates attending to the guests to maximize guests satisfaction. 

Handles problems and seeks assistance from Service Manager Front Office when necessary. 

Requirements: 

Malaysian or Malaysia Permanent Residence only 

Proficient in oral and written English and Malay. 

Minimum of 1-2 years as guest service personnel in a service industry. 

Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile. 

Willing to work in shift.
