Job Description:

Our Client are looking for a Field Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the stores profitability.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Job Function:

  • Identify market opportunities and increase the company's customer base to improve profit margins in line with the company's vision and values.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide business plan, sales and marketing strategy, and operating process to achieve the company's short- and long-term sales goals.
  • Carry out daily activities as per KPI, follow up, and update active opportunities on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Update data or information entered into a provided internal tool or system
  • Continuously seeking new customers and markets, achieving its full sales potential, and fulfilling its obligations under the terms of its sales and service agreements for total customer satisfaction.
  • Innovative sales and marketing programs to achieve positive market share and brand equity that maximize growth and increase overall company profitability
  • Must answer customers queries via phone or email accurately and consistently.
  • Must be able to work with internal personnel or departments pertaining to any queries.

    Sales Target
  • You are to achieve the minimum monthly or annual sales target set by the organization, sales manager, or country manager.
  • You are required to attend all internal and external training and seminars as scheduled by your department.
  • The sales target is the key indicator of your performance and the measuring tool for all sales staff.
  • To attend to any other business-related matters as requested by the department head or the management.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or any other field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Possess excellent communication

  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Strong work ethic and customer-centric mindset ability to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business

  • Proficient in working with global and local leaders to develop short- and long-term goals that are specific to our commercial organization Results-Oriented
  • Adaptable, strong team player with outstanding communication skills and ability to work with all functional areas (cross-functional relationship management)
