**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Formulate, implement & analyze business strategies to maximize overall sales growth and profitability in line with the corporate plan
- Maximize all sales opportunities in the SME segment by offering and closing contracts.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with various online travel agencies to expand the airlines' presence and reach in the online market.
- Analyze performance metrics with tracking tools to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates and revenue generated through online travel agencies to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and review sales performance with the Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage the distribution channel(s) to align with the Airline model and priority interest.
- Actively contribute to the strategic plans within the off-line portfolio, ensuring that plans accurately reflect the needs of the market.
- Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed
- Coordinate with respective team leads/heads and other relevant parties to identify new business opportunities
- Provide support to other points of sales (POS) as needed

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum qualification is Diploma/Degree holder in any field with at least two (02) years of commercial experience in sales and distribution sectors, knowledge of the aviation business is preferable
- Achievement-orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills;
- Ability to understand complex business processes, technology and products and the benefit they can bring to the portfolio;
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia
- Preferably Immediately basis

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
