We are looking for an Account Management Senior Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop ZALORA’s Fashion Apparel category. The primary focus in this role is to drive the growth of the assigned brands by being the spokesperson for Zalora. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make an impact at ZALORA.

Responsibilities:

In charge of ZALORA's fashion apparel category growth and provide specific strategic business plans with identification of new sources of growthBuild and maintain relationships with existing and new brands and being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORAIdentify market gaps, manage product assortment, analyze sellers’ sales performance to drive the growth of the category and brands’ sales performanceWork closely with internal teams eg: Marketing & Merchandising to incorporate specific brands promotions and new launches into ZALORA’s marketing calendar and ensure smooth executionWork with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experienceConstantly review brands catalogue to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer experienceHandle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands' performance to senior management

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of working experienceAbility to read, speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. Other languages eg: Japanese & Cantonese will be an added advantageBachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fieldExperience studying and/or working abroad preferredExposure in the e-commerce industry is preferredGreat interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional time management skillsWillingness to work in a multicultural environmentStrong analytical and business acumen and have the ability to translate analysis/insights into actionable business plansAdvance working knowledge of Excel
