Primary Objective:
To ensure windscreen claims are promptly registered, process and settled in accordance with the company’s guidelines, claims manual, BNM and PIAM guidelines. To monitor the performance of adjusters, panel solicitors and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor new incoming claims from Merimen system, Email notification and physical document submission. Ensure prompt registration in accordance with the company’s guidelines, claims manual, BNM and PIAM guidelines. Verify, assess and approve promptly all claims within authority and for claims. If claims exceeding staff authority to approve, staff will process recommend and submit to Unit Head / HOD for approval. To process claims payment and proceed with close files upon settlement. To refer immediately any complaints received from Customers, Branches, BNM, PIAM, OFS
and Intermediaries to Unit Head / HOD so that these are promptly and effectively monitored
and resolved within the time frame
Fast track claims settlement of small claims. Receiving of documents and providing guidance andadvise to walk-in customers & customers who call-in.
To monitor and review all files including aging cases effectively and within the time frame.Monthly or half yearly review.
To ensure all claims suspected having fraud elements or in violation of policy conditionsare brought to attention of Unit Head / HOD claims & in the absence to the HOD /
Chief Executive Officer before repudiation.
Ensure all necessary advices to Treaty Reinsurers / XOL are adhered to as laid down underthe Reinsurance agreement.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time. Requirements Requirements:Diploma - Any related field(s).
