Well verse with Malaysian Labour Law and Employment Act Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Admin & HR. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Handle whole recruitment process. Establish, implement and update policies, practices & procedures, SOPs, template, notices & etc. Handle full spectrum of HR including payroll, training and development, employee welfare and performance management. Organize Internal and External Trainings Manage full cycle of monthly payroll processing, yearly documentation of EA form & Government E form. Manage of all payment, deductions and claims to statutory bodies such as Income Tax, SOSCO, EIS, KWSP and HRDF. Liaise with all statutory bodies such as EPF, SOSCO, LHDN, HRDF and auditors. Conduct yearly performance appraisal for Confirmation, Reviews, Bonus and Increment. Maintain and update staff's movement and all relevant details in system and staff personnel files. Ensure accurate payroll transaction and updates including salaries, benefits, promotions, confirmation, resignation, etc. Oversee office administration inclusive of office buildings, office equipments, furniture, housekeeping, stationery control, pantry supplies and etc. Assist day to day administrative and operational activities of the company perform Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
