Consultant, HR Operating OfficeJob Description:
Key responsibilities:
Manage delivery of change requests and defects closure across APAC markets
Capture business requirements from market, perform functional solution; workwith central technical team or process management & optimization manager(where required) to finalize design.
Work with Change & Adoption manager to deliver training to relevant marketson changes implemented.
Update documents (requirements document, design documents andetc) wherenecessary on changes.
Keep HRE team updated on changes ensuring team is aware of the latestdesign.
Maintain the APAC technical landscape documents
Support team in getting buy-in from stakeholders for the functional solutionwhile ensuring acceptance and alignment with central technical team
Be aware of upcoming Workday releases and identify solutions applicable forAPAC
Work with central technical team to manage scheduled Workday releases
Prepare metrices which identify data discrepancies and improvements; workacross HRE team to drive the necessary improvements
