Job Description:

  • Review, develop and implement HR processes, systems, policies & procedures.
  • Participates in organization design and restructuring to ensure optimal organizational effectiveness and budget monitoring.
  • Overall in charge of monthly HR report for regular meeting, review, analysis & improvement.
  • Responsible for employee's payroll, familiar in software of HRMS.
  • Liaise with the government bodies on statutory requirements
  • Organize and coordinate training and development program to enhance employee competency and skills.
  • Plan & develop the training program to close the gap capability of individual employees.

Salary:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
