Assistant HR Manager

Job Description:
- Review, develop and implement HR processes, systems, policies & procedures.
- Participates in organization design and restructuring to ensure optimal organizational effectiveness and budget monitoring.
- Overall in charge of monthly HR report for regular meeting, review, analysis & improvement.
- Responsible for employee's payroll, familiar in software of HRMS.
- Liaise with the government bodies on statutory requirements
- Organize and coordinate training and development program to enhance employee competency and skills.
- Plan & develop the training program to close the gap capability of individual employees.
Salary:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
