  • Manage bulk material handling projects from conception to completion
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to new and existing customers
  • Providing an initial response to customer incidents, perfoming initial remote investigation and analysis of the incident and responding to customers with resolution if determinable at that time.
  • Proactively monitoring the outstanding incidents reported by the customers, basing on service level agreements, updating, reporting and closure of incidents.
  • To technically promote company's product and services and to develop new customer base
  • To assist in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet overall objectives of the business unit

  • Has a degree/master in mechanical/ chemical/ industrial engineering background or related disciplines
  • Preferably with experience in process industries, bulk material handling, packaging, plastics related industries.
  • Good in mechanical, automation & electrical fundamentals
  • Able to work independently with less supervision
  • Willing to travel
  • Capable to handle multitasking
  • Good communication skill
  • Proactive and handson personnel
