We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to assist with our day-to-day admin and operational procedures. We have more than 50 consignments outlets and store in Malaysia. You will gain experience in cross-functional teams of Operations and Administration. You will be supporting our day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and operational support.**
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the whole PO issuance and control process timely and independently
  • Manage daytoday operations.
  • Assisting the managers or HOD in any tasks being assigned
  • Generate daily, monthly sales report and others report as and when required
  • Manage inventory in all stores and outlet
  • Starting virtual meetings set up by the company
  • Support in new store openings by providing tools and materials as requested
  • Consolidate process and check commission, OT, claims, and other information for retail monthly payroll processing
  • Coordinate all finance admin matters i.e, aged PO raised from the operation, bankin variance
  • Ensure all intercompany documentation is maintained and updated.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in this field will be preferred.
  • Able to speak/read/write in BM, Chinese, English is preferred.
  • Familiar with ecommerce platform is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Gmail, Word, Excel and software.
  • Previous working experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role
  • Able to work under a fastpaced environment. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Salary:
From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
