We are a retail store with 2 branch in Malaysia, (Johor Bahru and Puchong). Our company specializes in retailing motorcycle helmet, apparels and accessories to customers. Applicants will need to be able to handle the following:

- General duties such as preparing and managing documents related to DURIAN BIKERS
- Preparing and managing the documents related to the Accounts department including but not limited to payment vouchers, purchase orders, shipping documents, bills, credit card statement and many more
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate supervisor and directors
- Handle all sales documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally.
- In-charge of scheduling activities to increase the customer engagement. Work as a team to support sales operations & inventory management.
- Issue quotations & invoices to customer.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business.
- Maintain good products and accessories display & cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
- Follow up with customer orders on a timely and professional manner. Attend roadshows/events scheduled by the company. Explore other ways to improve and market the products/services Garage.
- Experience with motorcycle helmets or motorcycle industry is advantageous. Even though it is advantageous, it is not necessary to know as long as you are willing to learn.
- Having previous admin/clerk experience is also advantageous.
- 2% commission on top of the basic salary for every sale.

*Basic salary depends on previous experience.
- **Job Requirements**:

- Are able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good time management and proper work management skills
- Able to work independently and resourcefully

Expected Start Date: 02/26/2024

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
