- Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with existing clients to ensure continuing contracts.
- Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong and longterm client relationships.
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet project milestones, to execute and fulfill clients job requests and requirements.
- Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate information.
- Develop and maintain understanding of company products and services.
- Developing budgets and timelines for clients.
- Implement digital strategies by taking into consideration the specific requirements of the clients
- Oversee Social Media, working together with an internal team to produce contents, proofreading content before posting, plan and approve all social media related material.
- Prepare Contact Reports and WorkinProgress sheets for all meetings.
- Manage and prepare creative briefs.
