Documentation Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update utilities, quit rent & assessment, property maintenance & car maintenance expenses and filling
- Issue Rental invoice, chase payment and liaise with tenant & update rental payment.
- Scan documents and save in cloud folder/system for easy trace and future reference.
- Checking invoice and keyin into SQL system.
- Prepare Online payment or bank counter
- Keyin Intercompany invoice
- Bank reconciliation for dormant account and keyin official receipt
- Prepare Journal Voucher for Payroll depreciation
- Check weekly & monthly stock take and update stock record.
- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Experience:
- Must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields of study.
- Knowledge in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in SQL system is an advantage
- Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
- Able to working at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
