Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update utilities, quit rent & assessment, property maintenance & car maintenance expenses and filling
  • Issue Rental invoice, chase payment and liaise with tenant & update rental payment.
  • Scan documents and save in cloud folder/system for easy trace and future reference.
  • Checking invoice and key-in into SQL system.
  • Prepare Online payment or bank counter
  • Key-in Inter-company invoice
  • Bank reconciliation for dormant account and key-in official receipt
  • Prepare Journal Voucher for Payroll depreciation
  • Check weekly & monthly stock take and update stock record.
  • Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Experience:

  • Must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields of study.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge in SQL system is an advantage
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
  • Able to working at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
