- PO follow Up, Communicating with users for follow up.
- Assistance for some troubleshooting in the system
- Maintain of Information Records
- Convert PR associated with a contract to a PO. Create a PO from an accepted SRM
- Provide support and advice to end user and suppliers on products, purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure highlevels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment
- Preferable those who have Procurement experience.
- SAP amp; ARIBA knowledge are added advantage.
- Involved in Process improvement projects is an advantage
- Able to read and write well in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
