Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of import, export, cross-trade and trans-shipment (BL, Pre-alert, Permit, etc;)

  • Verifying of vendors / carriers / exporters documents
  • Preparing/Issuance of customers invoices and/or coloaders/ agents debit/ credit notes / SOA / Update shipment tracking report
  • Filing all shipping related documents
  • Backup support for colleagues that needs assistance or on leave/medical leave
  • Participate adhoc and Project tasked assign by the management

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or GCE 'O' Level and above
  • For Senior position, minimum 12 years of working experience in logistics industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and diligent
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
