JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Qualified ACCA /CPA or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with accounting and audit experience
  • Proficient in MS Office skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
  • Proficient with general tax and accounting system
  • High degree of integrity and security of confidential data
  • A dynamic individual, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • A proactive individual with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
  • Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory / tax requirements.
  • Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliations.
  • Manage various aspect of month end closing activities, including ensure proper cutoff and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Perform credit control activities on collection of outstanding debts and to respond positively and professionally on customers' queries.
  • Maintain an uptodate aging report and reconciliation report for receivable balances.
  • Liaise with front counter department for issuance of invoices, receipts and billings.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
