  • Handling complaints from customers
  • Reporting on problems and issues
  • Order processing
  • Answering customers' calls and provide accurate information about products and services, taking input of issues and company redressal thereof
  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
  • Identify and resolve customer's problems and complaints by selection the best solution
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the outstanding orders will be followedup

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
