Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Ambassador for Management Floor.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for all staff members as required.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage expense reports.
  • Company asset management such as office supplies, inventory, and procurement of equipment or services as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Desk planning management according to the company recruitment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
-
At least 1 years of relevant experience with proven work experience as as Office Administrative, Office Coordinator or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with mínimal direction
