We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and review financial reports, including full sets of accounts
- Process and record payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper accounting records
- Assist in credit control and provide administrative support to management
- Manage office maintenance, supplies, and services
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Resourceful and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm, with good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient, and structured, with attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- Junior Executive experience in General Accounting is preferred, with familiarity with SQL software a bonus
MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 per month
