Branch Supervisor

Job Summary:


As a Branch Supervisor, the primary responsibility is to ensure that the preparation work is performed in order to allow the Floral Artisan to create flower arrangements at an effective speed.

A Branch Supervisor should have good coordination with the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning the production schedule
  • Management of the production team including hiring, appraising, training, and disciplining when necessary
  • Assigns production tasks to team members taking account of production needs and individual capabilities
  • Collects data and compiles reports about production
  • Ensures all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately
  • Conduct reviews of the production processes to try to identify areas for improvements
  • Ensure production processes are being carried out in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures production team has access to all relevant raw materials and equipment ensure the smooth running of production
  • Ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Decisionmaking abilities

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
