Job Descriptions
Responsible to the Airfreight Billing Supervisor/Senior Billing Executive, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:
- To ensure all Air Import & Export shipments are billed within the stipulated timeline of 3 days.
- All cost and accruals must be correctly input in the job/consol level in NextGen.
- To ensure both creditor and debtor are correctly input in NextGen.
- To ensure correct Branch and the respective Department are input in NextGen.
- To ensure all jobs must be checked as complete (CMP) once billing and cost are done correctly.
- To ensure there is no job under WIP or INV status.
- To liaise with Internal / External customer should there is any disputes on the billing.
- Ensure all the billing invoices are being sent to clients without any delays.
- Verification of all invoices.
Job Requirements
- Minimun diploma holder with 5 years of working experiences
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
