Manage the recruitment onboarding for all new joiners.

This includes and not limited to:

  • Communicating with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information.
  • Liaising with internal teams to create IDs, accounts and assign access for new joiners.
  • Coordinate the administrative functions by ensuring the working device, uniform, office equipment, access card and etc to be provided/ collected to/ from new joiner or leaver.
  • Organize orientation programs for new joiners. Introduce new joiners to their respective teams as part of the onboarding process.
  • Manage full separation process includes exit interview by initiating exit interview with the resign staff, collect all the asset return and liaise with IT for all necessary exit procedures.
  • Collaborate and support trainig team to coordinate all training session.

; Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Administration, HR Management or any field or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a recruiter or similar role in the retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting/ talent acquisition methods.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Good communicator and customer service oriented.
  • High selfmotivation, good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • A Self Starter proactive and diligent to details.
  • Motivated, great teammate but can lead projects when required.
