1、协助各类人事工作,包括薪酬和福利、人力资源规划和招聘、培训、绩效考核管理、制定公司规章制度等。
2、薪酬核算和管理,确保薪酬准时、准确发放。
3、加强和政府机构的联络。
4、文件处理和归档,确保员工信息及时更新。
5、完成上级交办的其他工作。

要求:

1、 本科及以上学历;
2、欢迎应届毕业生申请;
3、熟悉了解人力资源管理专业知识及人才市场行情,能够独立完成人员招聘、培训工作者优先;
4、熟悉本地薪酬规定,具备人力资源系统专业知识者优先。
5、熟练应用办公软件;具备良好的文字功底,思想活跃有创意;
6、性格活泼开朗,具有较强的工作责任心,沟通能力强,拥有较强的观察力和应变能力;
7、优秀的中文听说读写能力

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
