Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Proven experience as HRDirector. In-depth understanding of the way anorganization operates to meet itsobjectives. Strong knowledge of employmentlegislation and regulations. Thorough knowledgeof human resource management principles and bestpractices. A business acumen partnered withattention to the human element. Knowledge ofdata analysis and reporting. Goodorganizational and leadership skills. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Diligent and firm with high ethicalstandards.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be aplus.
