CMMS Operator/Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:


The Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Operator/Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the CMMS and other administrative tasks such as Generate Requisitions, POs, and Invoices.

The person will also need to work closely with the Data Center Facilities team in providing administrative support.

This position is also responsible for training new users, maintaining asset data accuracy, rolling out standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance programs, project requests, etc.


Job Descriptions:

  • Measure and publish facility's KPI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintain accuracy of asset recorded by regularly collecting and inputting information.
  • Support management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Manage work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update, and closure of work orders.
  • Create and or Generate Requisitions, POs, and Invoices.
  • Works with corporate to roll out new functionality, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, orrelated fields.
2. 2+ years working experience with enterprise software preferable in maintenance management system and understanding of standard maintenance work process.

  • 3. Good experience in using Word, Excel, and Power Point.
4. 2+ years data analysis experience in the facilities maintenance program.

  • Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
