Job Description: 1. Carry out monitoring and support on the Administrative work assignment at branch level

  • Support to the management staff on general affairs and coordinate human resources activities with headquarters
  • Perform sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities to support operational basis
  • Coordinate operational in vendors management to meet the service quality provided
  • Assist in Quality documentation work in accordance to the ISO 9001, Internal and External audit involvement.
  • Monitoring and leading the team for productivity and operational improvement
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior / management.

Requirement:

  • Education Background : Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Experience : Min 5 years and above of admin and hr related working experiences
  • Skill:
  • Proficiency in mandarin speaking and writing
  • Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skill in HR and admin scopes

Other Language: Mandarin, English
