Job Purpose Summary:

  • Responsible for delivery of Benefits Administration functions and activities in accordance with the Bank's policies and guidelines;

Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Processing of Staff Loans Application and issuance of Letter of Offer.
  • Processing payment for Medical and Staff Insurance Invoices
  • Administer Group Term Life and Group Personal Accident insurance policy enrolment, claims and payment of annual premium.
  • Processing of SOCSO & DOSH claims and inquiries.
  • Administer medical benefits program for enrolment and termination of benefits.
  • Processing staff request for Prolonged Illness Leave.
  • Act as the country Leave Administrator in charge of all leave entitlement and enhancement activities and request.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

  • Active participation in team/unit and department activities inculcates close team relationship among team mates.
  • Regularly contributes ideas for work and workplace improvement.
  • Foster and sustain team spirit culture in workplace to promote harmony and synergy.

Education/Qualification
