Job Purpose

The Team Lead supports the Manager and/or HOD in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to the client.

They manage payroll data preparation and maintenance with utmost accuracy and ensure timely completion.

Additionally, they coach executives and junior staff within the department.

  • Build and Maintain Positive Relationships with Clients and Stakeholders

Key Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate in Any Field of Study
  • Minimum 4-7 Years of Experience in HR/Payroll
  • Experience in Handling Client Escalations and Complaints
  • Ability to Utilize Strong Problem-Solving Skills
