About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our FSS Shared Services Operations team. As the Head of FSS Shared Services Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of FSS Reconciliations and governance globally, covering all streams of products and maintenance of various operational risk-related controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for FSS Reconciliations and governance, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FSS Shared Services Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reconciliations and governance services.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with FSS Reconciliations and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including FSS Business Heads, Sales and Trading, Compliance, PC, TRM, FSS Operations Heads, FSS MT, FSS Ops MT, and Internal Audit.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with a strong background in operations risk and control framework.
  • Skills: Proven track record of delivering complex projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
