Position:
Finance Executive/ Account Executive (E-commerce)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Full Set of Accounts Management:

  • Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Perform daytoday finance operations to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Intercompany Account Oversight:

  • Oversee all Intercompany accounts and provide financial guidance and support to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, investigate, and report financial data to support financial decisionmaking.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and submit them on time to management for review.

Support to Finance Manager:

  • Assist the Manager in various finance functions, including operational finance, reporting, taxation, governance, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve financerelated objectives.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Perform any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time to support the finance department's needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or relevant roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, especially Power BI, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
