Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Approaching potential corporate customers introducing company and products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, social media, and webmail.
  • Persuasively promote and sell our services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive followup and customer persuasion.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to address customer queries.
  • Assess customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer timely resolutions, and maintain records of interactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer details in the company database and official communication channels.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the setout timeline.

Requirements:

  • Required language: Fluent English
  • Good computer literacy and attention to details
  • Selfmotivated and customer service oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
