Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals with both new and existing clients. Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capture new markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our e-cigarette products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities. Analyse data and provide insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Tailor pitches to address the specific needs of each client and showcase the benefits of our products.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.Sales Reporting:
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to present to the management team.
Achievement of Targets:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs as established by the company. Continuously strive to surpass targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the e-cigarette or vaping industry. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of e-cigarettes, vaping products, and the broader vaping industry. Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and consumer preferences is highly advantageous.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to diverse audiences.
Relationship Building:
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. A customer-centric approach and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Self-Motivated:
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Possesses a strong sense of initiative and can drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Negotiation Skills:
Skilled in negotiation techniques to close deals and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
Valid Driver's License:
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant sales experience and industry knowledge will be given significant consideration. Writing and speaking language of Malay, English and Mandarin is preferred.

Salary:
Basic + Commission + Allowance + Incentive Trip + Bonus
