The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.- Collaborate with tenants to create co-promotional marketing strategies.- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.- Plan, coordinate, and execute events within the mall, including seasonal promotions, holiday activities, community events, and tenant-focused events.- Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth event execution.- Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance.- Evaluate event success through attendance data and feedback, providing insights for future events.- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the mall's brand identity.- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts.- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and community partners.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.


To be considered for this role- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or shopping mall industry.- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and events.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
