Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. This includes creating engaging content for social media, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  2. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule social media postings to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  3. Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and consumer behavior.
  4. Copywriting: Write compelling copy for online and social media content, including advertisements and marketing materials.
  5. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary guidelines.
Requirements
  1. Education: At least a Diploma in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Skills: Proficient in content creation, caption writing, MS Office, and marketing planning.
  3. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
  4. Language: Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with a preference for Mandarin-speaking candidates.
  5. Software: Basic knowledge of Adobe software and Canva is an added advantage.
Benefits
  1. Salary: RM4,500 - RM6,000 Per Month (Based on experience).
