Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager I FX

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our FX trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target the FX trading community.
  • Lead and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the FX market, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Enhance brand positioning through effective messaging, storytelling, and creative marketing initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI on marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet KPIs.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a background in FX or fintech industry being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets and trading platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
