About the Role

We are seeking RPA Manager to become integral part of our team.

As RPA Manager, you play crucial role in defining the RPA solution framework, handling RPA delivery and ensuring smooth daily operation of the virtual workforce.

Demonstrating on your expertise, you will work with various parties to establish RPA governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance to standards for sustainability of the virtual workforce.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Serve as Solution Architect to craft endtoend RPA solution and coordinates implementation.
  • Perform code review and ensure solution alignment to Group RPA Security Standard.
  • Develop and maintain RPA architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to support AIA's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Establish RPA governance policies and implement vital procedures to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirement and industry best practices.
  • Keeps AIA abreast with standard methodologies and new technology offerings from UiPath to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as Release Manager who is responsible to liaise with business team members and IT for Go-Live preparations including orchestrator configuration, package deployment, bot scheduling, version control, ID access requisition and provisioning of virtual machine.
  • Serve as Service Support who is the first line of assistance to provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries to ensure smooth operations of the virtual workforce.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferable in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant field.
  • Validated experience or a track record in RPA development using UiPath.
  • Proficient in crafting user documentation.
