Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of life insurance consultant, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing life insurance agents.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the life insurance industry, including policy changes, regulations, and market trends.
  • Provide ongoing education to consultant on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Assess the performance and progress of trainees through evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and additional support to individuals who may require extra attention.
  • Ensure that all training programs adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the life insurance industry.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and professionalism among trainees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, or Insurance).
  • Proven experience as a Life Insurance Trainer or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting, and sales processes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
