As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team and drive our sponsorship and partnership efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential sponsors by closely monitoring relevant newsletters, websites, and industry sources to generate highquality leads and secure their contact information.
  • Conduct engaging demo calls with sponsors via Google Meet, discussing their marketing objectives and showcasing the value proposition of our newsletter and other media offerings.
  • Foster and maintain strong, longterm relationships with sponsors, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Launchy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sponsorship packages and proposals that align with the unique needs and goals of each sponsor.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends, products, and developments in the cryptocurrency space to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development professional in a crypto company, preferably within the crypto media sector.
  • Established network within the cryptocurrency industry, with existing relationships and connections to key decisionmakers at potential sponsor companies.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Indepth knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including a solid grasp of the latest products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a genuine passion for closing deals and consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using various sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
